Q. Are you open to the public?
A. Webstore is not open to the public. Wholesale customers only. You will have to provide business documentation to process the order.

Q. What is your minimum purchase?
A. Minimum purchase is set at $100.00 and the cart system will notify you that you are under this amount.

Q. How will I see wholesale pricing?
A. You will see wholesale pricing once registered and approved.

Q. Can I pay by credit card or by C.O.D.?
A. Yes, we accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex through Paypal Pro. Paypal Pro is the most secure processor available. Internet fraud is on the rise and we value your protection. Through Paypal Pro your credit card numbers are not stored on our server. Transactions are 256bit encrypted and sent directly to Paypal. Paypal Pro does not require you to create an account and is just like any other credit card gateways. We do offer your normal Paypal payment method as well, which you will need a Paypal account.

C.O.D. will only be allowed to pre-approved customers in the form of money order or certfied bank check.  We will need references for C.O.D. approval.

Q. How do I check on my order?
A. Please log in and under the log in area you will see account maintenance. You will see all your orders at the bottom with current status. If the order has shipped, it will be labeled shipped.
